CARIBBEAN TRAVEL GUIDE

Caribbean Travel Guide - The Caribbean is comprised of numerous islands, each with its own character and wealth of history, point of interests, as well as culture. Many tourists visit this area to enjoy the beauty of the beaches, as well as to explore the cultural, historical and entertainment aspects of the area. Some of the islands that can be found in the Caribbean include Anguilla, Antigua, as well as Aruba.

Anguilla offers more than 10 miles of great beach land to discover. When planning a trip to this destination, you should know that it is quite expensive to visit. This can be seen through most of the resorts and restaurants in the area. This is the perfect island to visit when you want a slower pace, great dining, sun and luxury. The island of Antigua has gained a reputation for offering some of the most beaches throughout the year. For a bit of glam, staying at a resort within Antigua is a good suggestion.

In Aruba, a tourist will find great beaches, as well as surrounding upscale hotels. Another draw to this location is some of the gambling opportunities that can be enjoyed on this island. Barbados is the island to visit when you are interested in viewing a beautiful coral reef, fine beaches, as well as a Las Vegas atmosphere. Filled with historical and cultural gems, you will also find plenty of chances to enjoy snorkeling and diving throughout Bonaire.

The Cayman Islands are comprised of three destinations located close to the southern coast of Cuba. The sands of the Seven Mile Beach is quite an attraction, as well as the scuba diving and snorkeling areas. A tourist will also get a chance to browse through neighborhoods filled with private homes and condominium. The popular destination throughout the Caribbean is Jamaica, which is filled with mountains, beaches, golf courses, as well as other adventures. In Martinique, beautiful beaches can be encountered, as well as the uniqueness of Creole tradition and customs.

Other islands and destinations to consider when traveling the Caribbean includes: Puerto Rico with its beaches, casinos and historical sites; St Barts filled with white sand-filled beaches; St. Kitts and Nevis with its waterfalls and rainforest; St. Lucia, which is the second largest of the Windward Islands, as well as St. Martin with plenty of shopping options. The list goes on and on, but sadly your vacation will not, so choose your destinations wisely.
